Product details

This is a cool alternative to the pencil skirt. The individual panels of this bell-shaped skirt are emphasized with decorative topstitching. The waistband is replaced with a piping trim. For an additionally dramatic look, cut the skirt panels in different fabrics and eliminate the topstitching.
