Which top works perfectly with the skirt? No need to ponder this here, because the look is a two-piece, though it is an all-in-one dress. The roll neck and the kimono sleeves with ribbed cuffs are cut-on. The empire waist skirt panel stretches the never ending legs look and a bit of stretch in the fabric keeps it comfortable.
