This shirt is warm like a sweater and flows
as elegantly as a blouse. The top portion is a
cozy knitted fabric and the flounce on the
bottom is set at a diagonal and cut on the
bias to drape along the hips – an especially
great look when paired with narrow trousers
and pencil skirts.
